Do I need any CrossFit experience to join?

Not at all. Most of our members started with zero CrossFit experience. Every workout is scaled to your fitness level, and our coaches guide you through every movement. You'll never be thrown into something you're not ready for.

What happens at my first intro session?

You'll meet one of our coaches, tour the gym, and talk about your goals. There's no pressure and no commitment — it's just a conversation to see if CrossFit Erie is the right fit for you. We'll help you figure out the best program to start with.

Question 3

What should I wear and bring?

Wear comfortable athletic clothes and shoes you can move in — cross-trainers or running shoes work great. Bring a water bottle and a towel if you'd like. We have everything else you'll need.

Is CrossFit good for weight loss and getting in shape?

Absolutely. Our group classes combine strength training and conditioning in every session, and when paired with our nutrition coaching, members see incredible results. Whether you want to lose weight, build muscle, or just feel better — we've got you covered.

How much does a membership cost?

Where are you located and is there parking?

We're at 460 Jones Court, Suite 104, in Erie, CO. There's free parking available right outside our door. We serve members from Erie, Broomfield, Longmont, and Lafayette.

Can I just use the gym on my own without taking classes?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Our Open Gym membership gives you 24/7 keyless access to train on your own schedule. It's perfect if you prefer to follow your own programming or just want a great space to train whenever it fits your life.
