I am a mom of one boy, currently in preschool, and a former software engineer for over 10 years. I started CrossFit a few years ago, when my son was about two years old and I was in my mid-30s. After having my son, I quit my job to stay home with him and found that I was not able to lose weight as easily or have the energy that I once had.
I am a mom of two boys, 16 & 11, and a wife to my husband of 18 years. Growing up, I danced and tumbled. I didn’t do traditional sports or athletics. My CrossFit journey began 8 years ago after I had my second son. My husband found this new workout online and we started doing any workouts we could in the garage.
